1.  Build Relationship:- You are not an automated machine or a computer ; so be yourself and talk to the customer in tone you speak to another person. This will give you the space to build a relation with the customer.

2. Cheak Customer's Information:- While you assist the customer with their query, check and make notes of their usage trend and what are the active services. This will allow you to offer the most appropriate product or services.





3. Position Your self :-  Positioning your offer is the critical part. 

4. Close the Deal :- Your customers will rarely say "i want it" so ensure that you facilitate customers' decision making. 

5. Reconfirm Purches :- Make sure you reconferm the purchases in online business.
